Housing market demand cooling but prices still heading upwards, say surveyors
House prices and rents are expected to increase in the months ahead, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors said.

Property professionals saw fewer new inquiries from house hunters in June, but house prices continued on an upward march, 測量士によると.
